Elder Dr. Ozella Winston-Prosper is a child of God, a loving wife, a proud mother and a grandmother of three.  Dr. Prosper accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 8. She has served as an Elder and Youth Pastor at Manifesting Jesus Ministries of Faith Deliverance Center Inc. for 28 years. Within the same ministry in which she was saved, she currently serves as a servant leader and continues to do so in the role of Assistant Pastor.

In her role as Assistant Pastor, she oversees the Women’s Ministry known as “We Win Women's Ministry” and the creation and implementation of Deborah Ministry, which promotes spiritual, emotional, and physical self-care for women of God.  In addition, she teaches discipleship classes in the local assembly. Her work in the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ extends beyond her local church, serving as a WOMB Associate for Women Organizing, Mobilizing, and Building Inc., founded by Bishop Dr. Barbara Austin Lucas, and serving on the Board of Daughters of Destiny International, founded by Overseer Dr. Kemba Jarena Lucas.

Dr. Prosper was born and raised in Brooklyn and received her early years of education from the NYC Public School System. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of New Rochelle, a Master of Science from Long Island University, a Certificate of Advance Study from the College of Saint Rose, a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Sage College, and is Board Certified in Christian Counseling and Greif Counseling from National Association of Christian Counselors.
